2010 Whidbey Island Marathon & Half Marathon Expo

The event expo is free and open to anyone who would like to attend.

Expo Date/Time:
Saturday, APRIL 10, 2010 - Noon to 8:00 P.M.

Expo Location:
Oak Harbor High School Gymnasium and Auxiliary Gym
950 N.W. 2nd Ave, Oak Harbor, WA.

Participant Packet Pickup:
Participants must attend the Expo between noon and 8:00pm on Saturday to pick up their race packets that include their timing chip, race bib and event shirts.  An alternative option may be to have a friend take care of this for you at Expo.  Depending on available staff, packet pickup may be available prior to each race, at each starting line, on race day. However, we DO NOT recommend waiting until race day to pick up your packet, if there are long lines, you may miss the start of your race.

Changing Events? Do this at the Expo. Only Cash or Check will be accepted for New or Changing Registration.

Driving Directions:
From Highway 20 in Oak Harbor, follow the posted event expo directional signs.

From Highway 20, turn west on Whidbey Avenue, turn right on Jib St.  You will be directed to available parking The expo will be inside the big white dome shaped building located at the front of Oak Harbor High School. (See Map)  Look for directional signs at the school.

Who will be there:
Multiple companies and organizations representing a variety of fitness clothing, accessories, events, community organizations, organic foods and tourism activities will be exhibiting at the event expo.

  Noon: Expo Opens
  8:00 P. M.:  Expo Closes

Expo Vendor Opportunities:
With our move to a larger expo space,  the event expo will definitely attract a large number of attendees and vendors alike. There are expo booth spaces still available so if you are interested in promoting your business or organization at the event expo, please contact us as soon as you can.
